Chelsea and John's Wedding - Aug. 10, 2013

Wedding Preparation

This was the Ocala National Golf and Turf Club in Ocala where the wedding was to take place. Mary Blain and I were going to help Chelsea, Mary Lee, John, and Matt set up the reception hall.

This was the reception room which is on the second floor of the country club. Chelsea had done a tremendous amount of preparation work! The theme colors were white and navy blue.

The girls did a lovely job setting up the candy table.

Next, came setting up the dining tables. Chelsea had lovely centerpieces made of real grass that had daisies stuck in it. Also, mirrored undersettings with candles and sparkles. Very pretty.

While Chelsea set up the tables. Groom John Rustek, Best Man Matt Antony and Maid of Honor Mary Lee set up the sound system. Mary had a very professional recording of music that would be played at the reception. She was the official DJ!

Before the grass centerpieces could be arranged on the tables, Chelsea had John and Matt clean the containers.

Mary brought up the card box which Chelsea had designed.

Next came the preparation of the arbor for the wedding ceremony.

Then we began setting up the front table where the bridal party would sit.

We had our very own angel to help us do the arbor!
